Booking a Recycling centre time slot Suffolk Recycling
You will receive a confirmation email after booking and a reminder email the day before your visit. You may be asked to return at your booked time or make a new booking if your slot has passed. However, please don’t worry if you are slightly early or late – the system has a time tolerance around your booking slot to accommodate this. If mixed waste and recycling is brought to the site this is limited to four visits per 28 days; for garden waste only, up to 6 visits per 28 days. If you are unable to attend your pre booked slot, please cancel your appointment using the link provided in the confirmation email received at the time of booking. As of Monday 24 August, fridges and freezers are able to be accepted at the recycling centre and on bulky waste collections.
Any household or garden waste can be taken to the reuse and recycling centre during the opening times and disposed of free of charge. The quickest and easiest way to book a visit to a recycling centre is online. You must book a slot before visiting any of our recycling centres. We accept trade waste at the recycling centre and you do not need to book a visit.
